There’s no set answer. It all depends if your getting a bath package, or bath and cut, long hair or short hair. Also, a big factor is how often you groom your pet, and brush your pets coat. If you have a long hair pet that’s not taken care of regularly, matting can be extreme. In these cases some pets, even small breeds, can take up to 4 hours to care for them properly. In these cases, we will let you know ahead of time that it will cost more than what you booked. Which will give you the option to pay a cancellation fee if you decide to not go through with your our services.  

Every 5 to 6 weeks is best. Serious matting not only costs a lot more but can cause your pet to have unwanted skin problems. You shower every day! Least we hope.
We book very quickly, if you want us to take care of your pet regularly, then best practice would be for us to set you on a scheduled rotation. 

Nope. We have experience with cats as well. Now if you have like a pet squirrel, you got to go somewhere else.

We kindly require 24 hours notice of cancelation of your appointment.  If within 24 hours you cancel or no show, you forfeit your deposit.
